Pre-heat the oven at 400°F. Coat the mold for the cake with margarine and flour.
Beat the eggs whites until stiff, slowly add the Le Zuc, the egg yolks one by one and finally the baking powder together with the flour while mixing continuously. When the ingredients integrate, empty the mix in the container and bake for 15 minutes or until the cake surface browns. Let cool. And cut into squares.
Mix all the ingredients using a manual whisk. When they are well integrated, place the cake slices in the container where you will keep the cake and empty all the cream on top. Allow the cake to absorb the cream. Refrigerate.
Beat the egg whites until stiff, add the Le Zuc slowly. With a sleeve or spoon cover the surface of the cake. Sprinkle cinnamon to decorate.
