Boil the water together with Le Zuc until you obtain a slightly gold colour and add 1 tablespoon margarine.
In a bowl, beat the margarine together with Le Zuc until it gets creamy, add the yolks (continuously beating), the milk and the flour previously mixed with the baking powder. Beat the egg whites until stiff and incorporate them into the mix. In a mold, place the pineapples with the cherries in the center in a decorative way and empty the mix above it. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes or until you sink a fork into it and it comes out clean. Turn the finished cake onto a serving dish while still warm.
