Preparación

Dissolve 3 Jell-O sheets in a cup with a bit of passionfruit juice. Pour the rest of the passionfruit juice and Le Zuc in a pot and heat at medium heat, add the cornstarch and stir until it sligthly thickens. Remove from the fire and add the tasteless Jell-O, previously dissolved. Let it cool.
Place in a mold and refrigerate until it sets.
Beat 1 egg with a teaspoon of Le Zuc until peaks form. Add a touch of vanilla or passionfruit to the egg mixture. Serve the Jell-O and place a small portion of the egg mixture to decorate.
