Place the sugar-free light cream and add Le Zuc. Mix the orange juice with the skim milk and combine with the light cream/Le Zuc blend. Place mixture in a recipient and refrigerate for 2 hours. Remove from the refrigerator and mix again in a blender for two or three minutes, place mixture back in the recipient and freeze for two more hours. Repeat the previous procedure letting it freeze one last time for 4 hours.
