Put all the ingredients into a blender and mix at medium speed for approximately 4 minutes. Spread the mixture in the flan dish, cover and put it in a water bath using a big pan with water that covers half of the flan dish, leave it at middle fire for 45 minutes.
Remove from the fire, unmold and let it cool. If you wish to give it a special touch you can heat ½ teaspoon of Le Zuc, with ½ cup of water and a teaspoon of sugar-free cocoa until it thickens, stirring continuously. Spread onto the flan and taste.
