In a big bowl mix the margarine and Le Zuc and mix well. Slowly incorporate the flour while mixing continously. Beat the egg, the water and the vanilla; add mixture to the bowl and incorporate the rest of the ingredients. Make a ball with the mixture and place on a big piece of waxed paper. Extend with a rolling pin until a uniform thickness is achieved. Refrigerate for 20 minutes. Remove from the refrigerator and remove the top layer of paper. The cookie cutters must have the same figure with two different sizes.
Cut two cookies using the larger cookie cutter. On one of each pair of cookies cut out the middle section using the smaller mold. Bake at 340°F for 12 to 14 minutes or until golden. Let cool.
Put the strawberry jam onto the complete cookie and place the cookie that has the cut out on top. Repeat this procedure with all the cookies.
