Beat the eggs with the vanilla until it bleaches. Separately, mix the flour, nutmeg, baking soda, Le Zuc and baking powder. Sift the mixture and add to the egg mix, continuously beating. Incorporate the melted margarine and the milk. Beat until you obtain a homogeneous mix. Add the carrot and the nuts. Place the mixture in individuals molds previously oiled and floured or in cupcake molds. Bake for 15 minutes at 390°F.
